What is PELS?

Far West PELS (President-Elect Learning Seminar) is a high-impact, three-day, in-person experience designed to equip incoming Rotary Club Presidents and Assistant Governors for success. Through interactive workshops, leadership coaching, and peer networking across eight districts, participants gain practical tools, inspiration, and confidence to lead with purpose. With support from your District Governor-Elect and the Far West Leadership Team, you’ll connect, grow, and be ready to create lasting change.
